In vain..

She kept looking at the door
expecting him to get inside coach anytime,
Metro left the station.
Her phone vibrates and she
unlocks it with a grin to read his messages,
It was a mail from office.
Her curls almost touching knees
blew away a little she thought it must be him,
That was a gush of air.
Someone held her fingers and
she thought he is playing these games with her,
A young naughty kid it was.
It’s been more than a year now
he left her in this pain but she still expects him,
around all in the Vain!

Lost. Again!

Can see people moving, and hear all the sound.
As I try to weave my thoughts, which seem to wander around.
Days spent like this, nights are quite same.
Every attempt to do something better, has gone in vain.
Robotic nods, and the fake smiles.
In middle of somewhere, yet to cover miles.
Accomplish goals, at any cost?
Something tells me, for sure I am lost!
